1. License Grant
Enrich Pro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to your purchased plan:
- Single Device: One installation per license
- URL Limits: Subject to your subscription plan (1,000, 5,000, or 15,000 URLs)
- Lifetime Usage: One-time payment for permanent access to the purchased version
2. Prohibited Activities
STRICTLY FORBIDDEN uses include:
- ❌ Spam generation or unsolicited email campaigns
- ❌ Phishing, fraud, or malicious activities
- ❌ Harassment, stalking, or doxxing
- ❌ Scraping protected social media platforms
- ❌ Accessing password-protected or paid content
- ❌ Violating any website's terms of service
- ❌ Bulk collection without legitimate purpose
3. Compliance Features
Enrich Pro includes built-in features to help maintain ethical operation:
- Robots.txt Respect: Automatic compliance with website scraping policies
- Rate Limiting: Built-in delays between requests to prevent server overload
- Domain Limits: Maximum 50 pages per domain to prevent overloading
- Concurrency Controls: Limited simultaneous requests
4. Legal Compliance
You are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws including but not limited to:
- GDPR (European Union)
- CCPA/CPRA (California)
- CAN-SPAM Act
- Computer Fraud and Abuse Act
- Other international data protection regulations
5. Data Handling
The software operates with the following data principles:
- Local Processing: All data processing occurs on your local machine
- File-Based Input: URLs must be provided via .txt or .csv files
- CSV Export: Results are exported in CSV format with comprehensive metadata
- No Data Transmission: Scraped data never leaves your computer
6. Disclaimer & Liability
"AS IS" BASIS: No warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose. Use at your own risk.
No Liability: We are not responsible for legal consequences, damages, or data loss resulting from your use.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify us against all claims arising from your activities.
7. License Management
- Licenses are tied to individual users and cannot be transferred
- URL usage is tracked locally and cannot be reset
- Upgrades to higher tiers are available at any time
- No refunds are provided for used URL quotas
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate licenses for violations of these terms. Technical measures may be implemented to prevent abusive usage.
